Front end used for the USA. Look at the narrower grille used on the standard for the UK market but with Super side trim in a costranting colour. -- Last edit: 2020-12-07 20:24:15 |

Strange one. Orange indicators without white sidelights was 1967 only in UK. Agree Standard narrow grille, and I don't see any side chrome on windows or at flash level. Has Super wheel trim rings and optional over-riders, but no chrome outline for the flash, and there's no badge in the C-pillar hole. Does not have Deluxe side chrome either - a single line which bends up at front to meet headlight trim. Best guess - a 1967 Standard which has been slightly prettyfied. Maybe a local build if we're somewhere where local builds happened or - ZA, Zimbabwe/Rhodesia - or neighbouring countries.?? |
