HLC 283 was London July 46 to March 47, so likely witchcraft to disguise Irish plate. No info whether A99s were built in Dublin or imported, but as it seems likely they did some Wolseley 6/99s, a few Westminsters is an easy accompaniment. Overall Austin production in Dublin 1959-62 was 1959 - 3819 cars, 1960 - 4073, 1961 - 4148, 1962 - 5408. |
