L300 is a part of the model name. Also, class is actually Chassis Cab, not a Pick-up, because not always; It's actually a multi-functional cab chassis vehicle with a standard factory pickup bed. The truck bed is removable by a request to the dealer, so the rear chassis can be also used any other upfits.
