I could be wrong but this is probably this one /vehicle_568855-Kia-Sportage-SL-2012.html again. At some point this had to change to Batterenburg livery. I can make out OZ on the plate and there is the CFZ on the side of the car |

That's weird it has CFZ on side but TLO supplied cars for this, same with Midsomer Murders. One of their Instergram pics, they show a police van with CFZ. |
