Edit: I am not sure who kept adding Kompressor to all these 200s but before the facelift only 3 markets received the 200 Kompressor; Italy, Portugal, and Greece. All other markets received simply the 200. Facelifted models were indeed all 200 Kompressor worldwide as MB dropped the 200.
