I suppose we're in Memphis, Tennessee on August 18, 1977? This looks like stock footage from Elvis Presley's funeral procession, lead by a Miller-Meteor Landau Traditional funeral coach. To all the fans out there still trying to find it on a used car lot: The "Elvis Hearse" no longer exists. It caught fire - very efficiently!
