Probably a 180 [W120], but an expert's confirmation would be fine. In any case coachbuilt by Christian Miesen of Bonn, Germany.

@Caboverlover Is this one used as a funeral vehicle? I ask because this is an ambulance, but may be mistaken for a hearse. Was this filmed in a country? If so: Which one?

The main character used it to transport a coffin, I don't really know if it was filmed in another country or not, I tried to find out if it was, but I couldn't find anything.

OK, thank you! They probably did it intentionally then, not expecting viewers to notice the goof.

So does anyone remember which one was the country that used grey concrete again?

The Land-Rover is left hand drive, so it was not really filmed in Hong Kong.
