Well, well, well, I wasn't expect to see this wild thing appearing as a "cameo guest appearance" in this series. ![]() My little backstory; many players may have already know the Banshee is one of the longest-running sports cars in the Grand Theft Auto series (alongside the Infernus) since its first inception in Grand Theft Auto III (2001), and myself is included actually. I remember on first encountering this thing in III's opening robbery and prisoner transport ambush scenes, and even got a chance to drive it (remember the one parked inside the Capital Autos dealership in Hardwood, Portland Island?) during my brief progress on the first half of the Portland Island mission string (yes, I never completed the entire storyline at all). I also did drove one again in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004), back when I got my chance to play that game. Versions featured in Grand Theft Auto IV (2008) and Grand Theft Auto V (2013), often referred as the HD Universe, is manufactured by Bravado, GTA's lore counterpart to Dodge. The real-life representation car is based on the HD Universe version, and it was modified by West Coast Customs (yup, that same custom shop from the first four seasons of Pimp My Ride, and Street Customs/Inside West Coast Customs). I might assuming that it is probably the one-and-only Grand Theft Auto vehicle to be re-created IRL. I've found one walk-around video on YouTube if anyone interested more than photos. Here's an entire history statement by the GTA Wiki: Statement from R* themselves: GTA Wiki's callout to this Better Call Saul cameo: -- Last edit: 2026-01-18 10:38:09 |
