It's a one-off micro car called Arbet (1956) Quote it was constructed by a mechanist named Arliss who started the project in 1945 and did not complete the job until 1956. Quote The car gets plenty of publicity, having appeared on CNN, the Australian edition of "Evening Magazine," and during a circus parade scene in the 1998 TV movie "The Long Way Home" starring Jack Lemmon.
