 Not a Speedster, for sure. Last year was 1958, followed by 1959 Convertible D and then the 1960-62 Roadster. This has the squared front of the 1962 T6 body, also the last year of the Roadster.

But it is a replica. Window frame is the shape of a Speedster. Wheels - and track - looks wrong. Crest is an earlier type. Bumper guards are removed and IIRC rear retroreflectors are Euro style (below bumper -above in the US) Wipers are at least not original

 This is an original Porsche 356 B T6 (twin grill) Coupe modified to a "Speedster", this modified car is very close to the car used by Dylan McKay's in Beverly Hills 90210....
