Hello, this pick up belongs to my Dad. It has quite an interesting history. It was built at Longbridge (Austin’s factory) using 1927 and 1928 parts to be a parts delivery vehicle around the factory. Hence why it wasn’t registered for the road until 1953. It is indeed a Heavy 12/4. We did not know that it had been used in a film so this was quite a surprise for us! The truck is currently blue. |
