I'd say a variation of some late 40s/early 50s Chevrolet/Grumman Dubl-Duti, like this - the grille, badge and wheels looks very similar and the cabin looks too spacious for any European van of the time. The panoramic windshield and sliding doors have obviously been replaced in favor of conventional ones, perhaps indicative of local assembly/coachbuilding. |
