It seems nearly impossible to find one nowadays. Due the worst quality they may all scrapped.Even the best Western expert for Northkorea https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%BCdiger_Frank has only spotted one single car on all his several journeys to the DPRK - and he still is angry about himself, that he hadn't taken photo of it.
