Yes ![[:kiki]](https://imcdb.opencommunity.be/images/smileys/kiki.gif "[:kiki]") No kidding, such a idiotic parking sign, resp. the way, the local authorities are handling it, was one of the reasons, why I strictly denied, to settle down and buy property in the town, where my and my wife's families have lived for nearly 200 years (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essen) At a Christmas Market there, I saw, how the car of a Dutch tourist was towed away from a parking space with such a sign (which was not understandable even for me) -and it wasn't a fire exit or handicapped parking!- I went ballistic and bawled around (I just had two Lumumba, so I wasn't illuminated), that I never would live in such a shithole. So we did. |
