1. There is a light blue car fourth in the row in the Packard Super 8 picture, this one? 2. The design looks like a Park Ward swept tail limousine from the mid to late 1930s. 3. Without a better view, any further comments are speculative. 4. Since there is no badge on the bumper that doesn’t help either.
