jpts ◊ 2023-07-23 08:50	The vehicle's registration plates are identical to the gold-on-blue California registration plates issued from 1969 to 1980. But in the episode, the state written on top of the vehicle registration plates says Arizona. In reality, if the vehicle was registered in Arizona in 1969 and were issued with the number plates from that year, the number plates would been the black-on-yellow with the "AAA-XXX" format as it was the standard design until 1973 when it changed to a green-on-orange design with the same format. But given the vehicle is a 1965 model, the registration plates in Arizona at the time of the vehicle's manufacture would've been the 1964 white-on-blue plates with the 1965 registration label. -- Last edit: 2023-07-23 09:25:05
