[GMT425]. Weird. Another Mex GMC but I can't find evidence these were sold here. Official Mexican brochures on ebay & Amazon are only turning up Chevrolet Suburbans....we need someone from Mexico to chime in on this. They may know more about these. |

since they use the GMC's face with a square including a Chevy logo in it, maybe the owner got a GMC logo somewhere and slapped it on the Suburban ? ![]() ( weird theory but so far the only one i can offer.. ) -- Last edit: 2019-05-10 15:07:31 |

The only thing I could find was this Wikipedia page on the Automotive Industry in Mexico, which says Chevrolet was the only brand GM sold in Mexico until the early 1990s. They sold Buicks, Oldsmobiles and GMCs under the Chevrolet brand name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automotive_industry_in_Mexico So this is most likely as @Baube said, either the owner replaced the badge with a GMC from an American model, or this was originally sold in the U.S./Canada and brought into Mexico. |

that theory is way better than mine.. ![]() but then it might not be made for Mexico.. -- Last edit: 2019-05-10 15:10:24 |
