Not sure if XNG 501M (or N) was genuine issue - a Norwich series - but 1973 Sovereign S1 looks OK. |

Series 1 Daimler Sovereign. Fluted grille but debadged at the back. In this episode, the Daimler sounded like it didn't have a full exhaust fitted and thus sounded quite nice in a weird way. In fact, when it's picked up you can see that the underside doesn't have an exhaust fitted. Plate is XNG 501M but doesn't register.
