 Pretty sure this is a Mercedes-Benz 220 Cabriolet A. Or is it a 170 S Cabriolet A ? Was there a difference in appearance apart from the headlights that were built-in or not ?

 I'd say 220. 170S Cabriolet has the long slat on a top of the bonnet.
And we should see its edge here.
