IMO these intakes above driver's head are strange - less usual judging by the period pics of M23s (and M26s too). |

Looks like part of "11". I quickly looked through Indy McLarens from the years 1974-78 - nothing similar there, but hard to say I saw enough many pics to completly exclude this trace. |

I think it's Hunt's M23 #11 in 1976, with the strange vents probably a testing format - compare later style from 1976 Japanese GP. |
