The screenshots is from the ending of the episode where Mcgarrett's case ends in Los Angeles, California. The Los Angeles scene was filmed along the harbor waterfront in Downtown Waikiki(Honolulu, Hawaii).The light bar used is most likely a Cheetah rotating light bar that HPD uses. Only the light bar used is red where HPD used blue lights. The Hawaii County Police Department(island of Hilo a.k.a.
