Looks Ghia trim, and very unusual as 2 door for such a high spec. When NEO did some 1:43 Taunus TC2 Ghia 2 doors in resin, their pre-launch announcement photos showed real 2-door TC3s with Dutch plates, so maybe it had become a special permutation for NL so late in the sequence before the Sierra arrived. As far as I know, all Taunuses stopped in Sept 82 - as did the Cortina - so a genuine 83 plate would mean old showroom stock. |
