I would say DCP912 could be a different car (1952 registration?). Main vehicle looks to be a 1930s London Taxi by the open cab, bulb horn and taximeter - Austin 12/4 probably. edit: The scuttle depth in front of the windscreen has a lot in common with the Morris-Commercial G2 Junior Taxi. The Austin 12/4 taxi is also possible (and far more common) but the scuttle design depends on the coach-builder (at least four different designs); most Austins had a not-so-short scuttle panel area. -- Last edit: 2017-12-11 19:57:23 |

DCP 912 = Halifax, Yorkshire Nov 52 to July 53. Maybe Austin A90 Atlantic. |

Morris-Commercial G2 Junior Taxi - gut feeling says that Austin is a less likely match for appearance and details are right for the Morris-Commercial.![]() |
