Had another go at the plate - might be PHW 963 which goes to Bristol KSW ECW H32/28R Bristol Omnibus, 9/1953. |

I can’t see any reason to disagree with your assessment. Interesting spread of cars from the Austin Seven cabriolet (Pearl I think) to what must have been a brand new Wolseley 1500. The MoT test was still a thing of the future, it swept away many of the pre war cars that were left. |
