I don't agree. The gear change lever is different on the Peugeot, as well the horn ring and wheel seems to smaller on the Peugeot. And 403 windglass is flatter. |

Another detail. The fittings to catch the hood are not apparent on 403, while very noticeable in this picture, with two vertical pins. |
