I rather believe this is a 1959+ Consul, because of the rear lights http://expoauto2016.blogspot.se/2016/02/1959-ford-consul-1948-mg-yt-1947.html . Indeed made by Carbodies of Coventry, which should be added after the model name, as Ford themselves sold that many cars of the normal body that they never had any capasities left.
