Can be "1200 TT" if it was named like that in UK. Generally 1968 facelifts (like this car) were known simply as "TT" (there is only the "TT" badge on the back of this one).

I think it was always known as 1200 TT here (example 1 , example 2 , plus Glass's references) but can't find official NSU naming references (brochures etc).

Officially just NSU TT but here ih the UK it was referred to as the 1200TT so as not to be confused with the earlier NSU Prinz 1000TT.
The car in tne photos is Motoring journalist and author Peter Noad. He bought tne TT direct trom NSU GB Ltd after road testing one and writing about it in the magazine Safer Motoring. He fonkmrny trophies competing in auto tests, spints and slaloms between 1968 & 1974.
He replaced the TT with an ex press Audi 80 GT atter road testing it again for Safer Motoring magazine.
