However, one thing, this is a 2004 model year, they were all updated that year to have white indicators and reversing lights in the tail light cluster. Prior to that the rear lights were entirely red. Also, they didn't all start production at the same time. The Renault Master was first made in 1997, the Opel/Vauxhall Movano didn't start till 1999 and the Nissan Interstar was not introduced till 2002.
