I live in the south of the Netherlands where I was born in 1967.
I am a father of 4 children, so I do not have that much spare time, but the time I have I try to divide between all my hobbies: motorcycles, photography, cooking, music and sports.
I have allways had a passion for Italy and Italian bikes and cars. Since I first saw a Moto Guzzi LeMans on a motorshow in 1980 I knew that was going to be the brand for me.
I share my passion for motorcycles with my father, who is a well known vintage bike collector in the Netherlands and to who I can turn to if I have a difficult bike to identify. He also has a huge collection of books on almost every motorcycle topic.

In the past I owned the following cars and bikes:
Mini 1000 (2x), Mini 1000 Van, Mazda 323, Opel D Kadett 1.3S, Opel Corsa 1.7D, Alfa Romeo 156 1.6TS, Skoda Fabia Combi 1.4, Fiat Multipla 1.6 and a Moto Guzzi V11 Sport 2001.

Other cars and bikes I have used (borrowed) for a longer time are: Opel C Kadett City, Fiat Ritmo, BMW 518, Opel E Kadett, Daewoo Lanos, Alfa Romeo 146.

At this moment I own one car, a 2004 Fiat Multipla 1.9 JTD and the folowing bikes: 2 Triumphs 750 Bonneville (1977 and 1978), Moto Morini 3 1/2 (1982), Moto Guzzi V7 Sport (1974), Moto Guzzi 1000SP (1981), Moto Guzzi V65 Lario (1986), Moto Guzzi V65 Florida (1989), Moto Guzzi 750 Nevada (1993).
