Strange 1980s film which starts off as a bleak story about gay teenagers who witness a vicious murder in gangland club, but then turns into a quest to release dolphins from a Brighton aquarium. Released 5 years before Free Willy.

There is still an aquarium there in a nice location, but without dolphins if I remember correctly.

The steel skeleton is still a bit creepy, but on the thumbs above it is even scary. When I was there some years ago, the local guide just said "It burned down." when I asked what happened, but the real story is more interesting.

Dolphins and pool used in film were actually Flamingo Land, Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire according to end credits.

I've been to Flamingo Land twice (1973 & 2002), Dolphin free on both occasions.

I did get a bollocking the 1st time for feeding the Raccoons cheese & onion crisps.
