I'm guessing they are either from YouTube or on DVDs that were released by some obscure company since it appears that these are hard to find.

They come from Youtube

 They actually come from VHS and DVD releases also another Official youtube channel called Regal Entertainment Inc. starting to upload those full movie in clear copy.
