Another from Children's Film Foundation/BFi Bumper Box Volume 3 set

included as an extra on second disc. Very stupid Peter Butterworth short - he seems to have been a bargain basement Charlie Chaplin wannabee - set in Brighton.

Only one decent entry, but I've sneaked in a couple of others for rarity. Lots of background rejects:

- AEC seaside coach in bottom right corner

- as far as I can tell all others are typical mid-50s porridge

One of the risks being a member of Imcdb.org is that one get bored of (at one time) common vehicles.
But may I ask what is the purpose is of this site?

My thought was once that this site would provide information on what vehicles which appeared in films or documentaries. But your comment makes me wonder.
These 'porridge' were once some persons pride and joy, and something that was not readily available as Britain rather exported vehicles than sold them within the U.K. And because of that, those sold domestically were imposed with considerably taxes.

My fathers first car was a 1950 Vauxhall Velox. That one nearly killed him when he went to a car demolition plant to dismount a gearbox, because apparently there was a distance shield between the engine and the gearbox. It nearly captivated him.
If that would have happen , I would not have been born.

^ They're all blink-and-miss-it sightings and were fairly fiddly to capture so I thought comments pictures were appropriate. I pulled out the three most unusual items for pages. Some of us - me included - often pile in to identify "backgroundmobiles" when they're posted in similar fashion, so feel free if you want. The 6th/last thumb is A70 Hereford, with first 2 showing A40 Somerset. Plus there's an A40 Devon.
