 Set in the US, but filmed in Cologne, Germany. Some of the background cars are reused in different scenes.

 Aaah, it's alway so poor and nasty to see a film, which is made in annother country than it shall be set. It's always crap. For me it's not bearable. If the location and the propersties don't fit to the film, I'll quit to watch it.

 The Pontiac probably came secondhand from a US serviceman.
