..I would say ..over half of this film is directly ripped from the previous movie .."Chained Heat III" (.. they've taken out the parts with Sarah Douglas,Bentley Mitchum & a few others..then added in more Nudity & soft sex.!)
All vehicle scenes ...are seen originally in the previous film.
Although it's called ..2001 ...and the IMDB lists the year as 2000 ...the end credits say 1999.!
