 What is this documentary about ? Why so many one star vehicles listed ?

 It's a documentary about the Dutch 'Files'. File means traffic jam/stau.
It's a big problem in Holland.
I have tried to add in on imdb, but was not succesful.

 Yesterday we had a national 'traffic-jam-free' day... Evereybody was asked to stay at home if possible, or otherwise to travel by train or bicycle. At five o'clock in the afternoon there was only 695 kms of stuck or slow driving traffic, only on the motorways... ;)

 Yeah, that's true!
We have 2360 kilometers highway in Holland. :( (At least I was at home, I had a fever)
So that is a traffic jam on almost 1/3th of them...
