All car's where distributed in the Netherlands, so I thought they are made for NL, or did I misunderstood the meaning of "made for"?

 'Made for XX' is only used when there are visible differences compared to the home-market (except for the difference RHD/LHD) or if a different name was used for a specific market. So indeed here is no need to mention 'Made or NL'...
