night cub ◊ 2021-10-04 02:32	To clarify, it's not that all background vehicles are not allowed, it's regular traffic/parking lot vehicles. Background vehicles that are staged for the video are allowed. I'm not certain which type these are.
antp ◊ 2021-10-04 17:56	Indeed, also if they are part of the video e.g. camera following/focusing on them, they can be included. If they are just passing on the street while filming something else, then that's usually not to be included in music video entries.
