No wiki entry and not on imvdb. But this is the single from the album Across The Pond.

"Adam Snyder is from Kingston, NY and currently lives in Culver City, California. Adam's first album was released in 2001. "Across The Pond" came out on David Gray's HTI label. Its debut single "Two Moons" was a BBC favourite and hit the top 40 in the UK. He was a member of Mercury Rev from 1995 through 2000. He helped write and record 1998's "Deserter's Songs" which earned international recognition and two gold records.
