1981 made-for-TV adaption of John Steinbeck's literary classic, Of Mice and Men. Two men, George and Lenny, travel through the Depression-era west working odd jobs to make enough money to buy their own farm. George must always watch over his intellectually disabled friend, and keep him out of danger, both to himself and to others. As the novel's second TV adaptation (the first being in 1968), it follows the same plot of the book and doesn't change much of anything. If you've seen either the 1939 or 1992 adaptations, I'd recommend this one just for comparisons sake between the quality of acting and filmmaking. Starring Robert Blake as George Milton and Randy Quaid as Lennie Small. Lou Ferrigno was originally cast as Lenny but had to bail out when filming of The Incredible Hulk TV show resumed earlier than planned.

Background truck, too poorly visible and likely the same one listed anyways.
