 it's amaizing how great the first few episodes of S1 were and how shitty it became afterwards , feels like an entirely different series at the beginning

 Actually, Moebius Models makes a 1/24 scale model of the Chariot. According to the directions, the real Chariot was built on a treaded Morton Thiokol snow-cat chassis and the upper body was removed & replaced by a metal and plexiglass cabin.

After the series ended, it was sold back to the ski lodge it was originally bought from and converted back to a log hauler.
