Chilean sketch comedy series with puppets.

I strongly think that someone already tried to add it before being rejected.

Last provider didn't add any episode number though, that's the main reason why we didn't add it. Maybe we can still add the vehicles with a role and some acceptable backgrounds?

From the description, I would rather say no for the newsreel style, but if it is fiction it could be acceptable.
Also, how many episodes would there be, as it spans many years? IMDb mentions 71, that's already much, but maybe their list is not complete.

The main series has 68 episodes but I think imdb is including the 3 specials to make 71.

The numbering is supposed to be like this: there's season 1 (2003), season 2 (2004), and season 3 (2005). After the movie (/movie_1319695-31-Minutos--La-Pel%C3%ADcula.html) which left the production company of Aplaplac (directed by the duo Pedro Peirano and Alvaro Diaz) short of funds, they returned with season 4 (2014) after a long hiatus.

I tried to submit some vehicles long years ago, but they were rejected as mentioned by above by walter. I might try again, though; I'm a huge fan of the show, lol.

31 Minutos is a Chilean children's puppet franchise created by the duo Pedro Peirano and Alvaro Diaz, which premiered in 2003 on TVN. The show's name is a satire of TVN's news program "60 Minutos" during Pinochet's military dictatorship, and its humor is reminiscent of Monty Python. It's worth noting that this show is very popular among Chileans.

From left to right are the main characters: Policarpo Avendaño, Juan Carlos Bodoque, Mario Hugo, Patricia Ana "Patana" Trufillo, Tulio Triviño Trufillo, Calcetin con Rombos Man (CCRM), Guaripolo, Juan Juan Harry, a "Tramoya" and Huachimingo. Also from left to right you can see the title cards of the first season (2003), the second and third seasons (2004 and 2005 respectively) and finally the fourth season (2014).

It all begins with the opening sequence of the program, featuring the Mercedes-Benz cars that Tulio drives to the 31 Minutos studio. The first Mercedes appears in the opening sequences of all 21 episodes of Season 1. The second Mercedes appears in the opening sequences of all 20 episodes of Season 2 and all 15 episodes of Season 3. The last Mercedes appears in all 12 episodes of Season 4. According to the credits, these vehicles were provided by Kaufman Chile.

Here are the Season 1 vehicles, tried that my contributions were exclusively vehicles used by or provided for Aplaplac production.
Most of the cars seen here this season are from the "Green Note" section (the only "Edu-tainment" thing in the program, seriously) by Juan Carlos Bodoque.
1.01 "El Comienzo", 1.03 "Guerra en el Mar Despénsico", 1.04 "Benjamín Listillo"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_050340_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_051843_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_051913_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_165445_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_165456_youtube.jpg]
[*][*][*]
This sedan is Bodoque's personal vehicle, at least for the first season.

1.02 "El Árbol Furioso"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_050811_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_050818_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_050832_youtube.jpg]
[*][*]
Bodoque hides in a garbage bag, then is put into a Mercedes-Benz truck by a garbage collector.

1.04 "Benjamín Listillo"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_052525_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_052533_youtube.jpg]
[*][*]
Stunned by the loud noise around him, Bodoque is almost run over by a VW Beetle.

---

Here are the Season 2 vehicles. Here the show shifts its focus from Tulio to the rest of the cast, and this is where episodes that don't fit the format of a "television/news broadcast" begin to appear. It's worth noting that this season had better funding than season 1.
2.01 "Vacaciones"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_053248_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_053313_youtube.jpg]
[*][*]
At the end of the chapter, Tulio says goodbye to his girlfriend, Cindy Miraflores, who leaves with her parents in a Peugeot.

2.07 "Bodoque deprimido"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_181740_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_181748_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_181902_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_182038_youtube.jpg]
[*][*]
After seeing a tarantula in his bathroom and fainting, Bodoque is taken to an E-350 ambulance. At the end of the Nota Verde, he is taken again after fainting because of a mouse.

2.09 "Un ratoncito duro de cazar"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_145214_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_145224_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_145238_youtube.jpg]
[*][*]
After previous attempts to catch a mouse fail, Tulio calls in the "Exterminators." In the Exterminators' introductory video, we see this VW Kombi.

2.13 "El maguito explosivo"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_053905_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_053926_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_174119_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_174128_youtube.jpg]
[*][*][*]
Bodoque would go with Patana and her friends ("Weirdo" as they call themselves) to the Mirador Interactive Museum in Santiago. The car driven by Sasquatch is... a Renault 12.

2.19 "Lo recuerdo muy bien"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_054609_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_180031_youtube.jpg]
[*]
The episode's opening is interrupted to show a cover of the magazine "El Alarmista de Tiririlquen", mentioning that Tulio ran over a polar bear. The car on the cover appears to be a BMW rather than a Mercedes.

---

Here are Season 3 vehicles. This season has the peculiarity of being shorter than its two predecessors (15 episodes instead of the 20-21 from early seasons).
3.01 "Por el Señor Manguera"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_184835_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_184753_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_184809_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_054053_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_054102_youtube.jpg]
[*][*]
Mario Hugo and his cameraman Arturo would follow a Kia truck that kidnapped a fan (from an appliance) named "Juanito" until they unwittingly discover that the head of the kidnappers is the owner of the channel Eusebio Manguera.

3.01 "Por el Señor Manguera"
[*]
After Señor Manguera recovered his fortune with oil, and opened a gas station, at one point near the end the journalist Rafael Cavada appears for the third time in the chapter (who was invited) and driving a motorcycle, to the surprise of an enamored Patana and to the jealousy of Mario Hugo.

3.06 "El fantasma en el estudio"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_145954_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_150400_youtube.jpg]
[*][*][*]
The 31 Minutos team would go to the studio in a Volkswagen Westfalia Camper through the night streets, driven by Juan Carlos Bodoque.

3.06 "El fantasma en el estudio"
[Image: screenshot_20260820_145907_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_145913_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_145919_youtube.jpg] [Image: screenshot_20260820_145935_youtube.jpg]
[*][*][*]
This Ford Taurus wagon belongs to Bodoque's relative, Uncle "Bodracula". The vehicle is driven by his sidekick, a Frankenstein-like Juanin, and they flee in the vehicle after (ironically) Bodracula gets scared when bats move into his castle.

Ordinary background trafic/parked cars should be avoided, if it is something that is on the edge of what is allowed (like in documentaries and non-fiction shows)

Only vehicles that production team used, right? I imagine that's the criterion for this case: vehicles that the Aplaplac team used and/or that were loaned to them for the recordings.

By the way, are all the other contributions besides mine from caboverlover? They appear as 20 pending contributions when my contributions are at most 14.

Only those used or with a link to what happens.
There are a few from caboverlover, some backgrounds also, I suppose that the few I rejected were from him?

A tip: if you want a [*] appear in a comment, you can simply type [ * ] without spaces. You can see other codes with the link "reference page" just above the comments area ;)

I could say so. I only made two contributions of "random vehicles background" at least when I started adding the first cars to the list (with those two random backgrounds, there were 8). At least at that time, I think caboverlover had about 11 contributions.

In any case, is there any possibility that the admins have reached some consensus on whether to allow pending contributions, at least the valid ones?

I think it is acceptable, but only vehicles with role or with a link to the scene ; i.e. no random background/traffic/parked cars
