Pics replaced with full SD pics. Some of the original pics appeared to have been cropped considerably. Added a bunch of background stuff that would (will?) look better in HD, but... I also amended a couple of ratings as they clearly weren't just [*] vehicles.

Incidentally, a handful of cars such as the Saab appear throughout the Renault 19 sequence.
