Probably because he's a ne'er-do-well and a dunce, like the Daltons. |

Well ... The Daltons are full yellow & black stripes suited in jail or in jeans and shirt as 'cowboy'. Ducobu wears always a jean and only the sweater is yellow & black. And ... he never touches a Smith & Wesson; nor a Colt. |
