This is a documentary about the state of Lower Saxony during the Nazi era (1933-1945), and the first part deals with the "Süd-Hannover Braunschweig" region, were my father's family is from. It's interesting to see old images of this rather rural region, far away from the well-known big cities Berlin and Munich. When trying to identify vehicles, keep in mind that some of them could actually be Hanomag cars, since Hanomag comes from the city of Hannover. Although Amazon says it's from 2015 (Link to "www.amazon.de"), on the DVD backside it actually says 2014.

This is a documentary about the state of Lower Saxony during the Nazi era (1933-1945), and the first part deals with the "Süd-Hannover Braunschweig" region, were my father's family is from. It's interesting to see old images of this rather rural region, far away from the well-known big cities Berlin and Munich.

When trying to identify vehicles, keep in mind that some of them could actually be Hanomag cars, since Hanomag comes from the city of Hannover.

Although Amazon says it's from 2015 (Link to "www.amazon.de"), on the DVD backside it actually says 2014.
