Seems to be one car, extensively used throughout every ep. And it happily survived ..... Interesting comparison of heights against a newer RR Spirit

Five years and a month or two later….

The Cloud models have a chassis, built using roughly similar design parameters to those of Sir William Arrol, upon which is perched the coachwork. Rather than sitting alongside the transmission and driveshaft, the occupants sit almost above them. The B60 ioe engine is tall, very tall, and Royce’s knew that their new V-8 would not be ready in time for the Series 1 cars so had to design to accommodate the height of the B60. Shadow cars onwards at least had the advantages of the lower, but wider, V-8, and the monocoque construction. The Silver Cloud III was able to drop the bonnet towards the shallower grille, but the width of the V-8 made access difficult on the Series II and III cars.
