It's a Hiace, but probably not an original Toyota because the Chinese government imposes heavy tariffs on imported cars. IIRC, several different Chinese manufacturers make the Hiace under licence, for instance Jinbei (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jinbei_%28car%29).
