Not that either... maybe a Road Runner?" Sorry for the not-so-perfect captures, but the car always goes by really fast, and is almost always blurry. Those were actually the BEST captures I could take.

I didn't say it completely resembled one; I said there were things about the car that made it feel like one, and since it's probably a car from the '60s we're looking at, I thought it looked like a Coronet (it not being a hatchback). CougarTim ◊ 2016-03-26 20:23	I'm sure it's a 1968-1970 Satellite/Coronet. It is odd that there are no side marker lights really visible, but maybe that's the film quality. The Coronet and 1970 Satellite had coves stamped into the rear fenders, and I see no sign of those here, leaving the 1968-1969 Plymouths. This car has two very distinct features, the thick rocker trim and the stripe along the beltline. we can rule out base Belvedere immediately because this car is a pillarless hardtop; I'll go through the remaining options model-by-model. 1968 Satellite: Beltline trim, yes (chrome strip); rocker trim, optional 1968 Sport Satellite: Rocker trim, yes; beltline trim, no 1968 Road Runner: Beltline trim, yes (painted); rocker trim, maybe? (the brochure doesn't show it, but examples can be found online) 1968 GTX: Rocker trim, yes; beltline trim, no - and I hope they would not use a GTX for this 1969 Satellite: Beltline trim, no; rocker trim, no 1969 Sport Satellite: Rocker trim, yes; beltline trim, optional (painted) 1969 Road Runner: Rocker trim, optional; beltline trim, maybe? 1969 GTX: Rocker trim, no; beltline trim, no Altogether, I'm saying 1968 Satellite, 1969 Sport Satellite, or 1968-1969 Road Runner. The vehicle in question definitely has a notch between the top of the bumper and the fender, those Plymouths have such a notch. Given that the notch isn't as prominent on Road Runners as on Satellites, and even less prominent on that AMC, I'm still leaning toward '68 Satellite. -- Last edit: 2016-03-28 17:50:31

Skid ◊ 2018-02-02 05:15	I don't see anything visible on the door panel that's not also visible on a Satellite. Furthermore, the car lacks the Road Runner's distinctive hood bulges.
