Bruxelles, taxi. Ce doit être une Vivaquatre [KZ23], non ?

 I think so too. But the rear is totally different: a real trunklid (not only for the spare wheel) and exterior license plate and taillight. So I guess it's sure to assume this a Belgian built model (assembly in Vilvoorde started in 1935).
