In the most recent issue of Panhard Koerier, the magazine of the dutch Panhard club, there is an issue on Chausson buses (because lots of them had Panhard 4HL engines; 8247 in total between 1945 and 1962). It is stated that these buses were exported to Western Europe (226 of them in Holland), Africa, South America and also to the countries behind the Iron Curtain (though no exact numbers are given).

Your comments are written at the film page, not at this specific Chausson-in-Skarb page, but I didn't know how to copy your text :)

In Warsaw were:
211 - APH47/48/49 (in service from 1947 to 1963)
358 - APH521/522 (in service from 1954 to 1969)

These APH 47's had a Renault chassis and Panhard engine (as you have said DynaMike).
