spider ◊ 2007-07-19 23:41	Thats a 98-99 C/K, prior to that they had alluminum that went across the tailgate that had Chevrolet in large letters, in 98 they switched to the trim on the lower passenger side of the tailgate.

Correct, although only on higher trim models. The lower trims had a large decal that said 'CHEVROLET' across the tailgate.
